Home Built Metal
Dance Platforms

While plastic pads are scattered around in every direction, they have some serious flaws for a true gaming experience. Not only is there the hassle of sliding, ripping, and breaking, you just can't feel where you are on the mat. This should be simple enough to solve, right? Build two metal dance pads that can interface with my Playstation 2 (PS2) and also my PC for DWI. Like a good schmoe, I first looked ALL over the web for design plans, and photographs. Hopefully the amount of advice has improved lately. I decided since DDRHomepad's design was most common, it should be the first to receive a review. I broke the procedure into pages with photos for easy viewing. The links to the left go there.
