At a time when the only PC you could get was an off-white rectangle, Clint and I set out to create the Business "Different Computers". This was our concept:
build black and purple computers and custom cases of unusual shapes. If only I had not undersold myself and had an ounce of business savvy!
I tested the PS2 eye toy for contrast and light environments. It really is astonishing how well their product works. It actually feels
like you are really swatting away the baddies and bopping the ball! Backlight is bad, overhead light is better, but a light in front is best. I tested
whether contrast could be improved by wearing long white tube socks on my arms. It really makes a difference. So i turn around and behold - my entire
flock of kids had found socks and put them on their hands. They all were smiling and "ready to play". The only thing that
really annoys me is that red low-light flasher. Unless you put your grubby paw completely over the lens it interprets
the red flash as some kind of interaction. Uber-cool device! Plug your kids in for hours.
